brit guide vouchers

We have been 4 times to DLP & love at least one visit (or 2) to planet hollywood each time. We had a copy of old brit guide to dlp, 2008 version, which we used the 20% off voucher each time with no problems.

But when we were there in April we were refused using the voucher as it was not the latest 2013 edition.

Anyone else had any problems using the vouchers in old editions or were we just unlucky?

Wondering whether to purchase latest edition but trying to find it cheap is quite hard. Also no point if not needed.

I think I read on TA that they no longer accept the vouchers from Brit Guide in PH. No actual experience though.

really ? that would be a blow if it is true. Any confirmation anyone ?

I use the 2012 guide and have never had any issues, I last used in Jan 2014. There is a new 2015 brit guide coming out in September this year, so I guess that means the 2008 version is now quite out of date...actually when I read my 2012 even that feels out of date.

I have no idea if the new 2015 version will have the discount voucher for Planet Hollywod in it, but I really hope it does!!

In june when we were there, if you bought something from EoS there was a 20% discount on the back of the receipt for Planet Hollywood, and also the same the other way round. We popped in and bought a sandwich and a drink just to get the voucher before eating in PH

There is also a voucher for use two days after or later if you dine at King Luds/Rainforest Cafe. I think it's 20% off. So if you dine at RFC you receive one for KLs and vice versa.
