so we’re leaving next Saturday on the Magic and was wondering if we’re allowed to bring water and/or wine on board? Is there a limit? Also if wine is allowed to be brought on, is there a corking fee?

You can bring up to two bottles of wine (750ml) per adult in your carry on luggage. There is a $25 corkage fee if you drink in the dining room. We bring a bottle opener and drink enjoy a glass on our balcony instead because there is no charge for that. You can also carry on as much bottled water as you like but remember you have to lug it around until you can get into your room. I know some people use a rolling luggage bag to make it easier.

We usually start with the wine our room then take a full glass to dinner. No corkage fee for that. If you take the bottle there, open or not, then you are charged a fee. Your room steward can get wine glasses and an opener, if needed.

It is still 2 bottles (or a 6-pack of beer) per adult per port, including embarkation, correct?

DH would like to bring some Monster energy drinks on the ship. Can we pack them in our carry on and carry them on the ship just like the wine and waters?

Yes, there are No limits on nonalcoholic beverages, so things like energy drinks and soda can be brought on just like water.

Is there anywhere to purchase bottles of wine on Castaway Cay since we can bring in new bottles at each port? Along the same lines is there a convenient place near the port at Nassau to purchase bottles of wine or 6 packs of beer? We are planning on doing the Blue Lagoon beach day excursion if that makes any difference for Nassau.

Grrr I hate trying to reply to a quote on my IPad.
I hear ya. Love my ipad. Hate typing on it at times.

I'm sure there's a way you can buy bottles but seeing that CC is a Disney-owned location you'll pay DCL prices for it.

So I guess the policy is actually "2 bottles per port excluding CC"...

Not CC, but several palces within walking distance in Nassau.

In Nassau, we took a right out of the port, and stopped at a package type store... we bought beer only, but I think they sold wine too. We bought 6 different bottles of beer from the refrigerator section, it was not too pricey. Anyway, this store was probably halfway between the port and the straw market
