Tracy, I called the Port Authority at San Pedro World Cruise Center just now and they acted like I was a crazy person. They said whatever Disney allows is fine but to call Quay Cruise Agencies. I did that too and they said the same thing. I am and always have been a little iffy on the wine but the snacks should be just fine. I feel better because I already shipped one box. Which reminds me Victor at Quay Cruise Agency (tele # 310 223-0026) said that their address has changed to 1000 E Del Amo Blvd, Carson CA 90746. He said my other box should be fine because they will forward it to the new address. Phew, thank goodness.

just wanted to clarify what is in Tracy's newsletter regarding shipping things to the port and what is accepted. I doubt that I will ship wine. I asked the Port Authority about x-raying and they were stunned. They told me they don't do it but to contact Quay Cruise agency which I did. They said they accept anything that Disney accepts. Disney said in an email to me a couple of weeks ago and I quote "for shipping restrictions, please check with the carrier that you are using regarding their guidelines, especially when shipping alcohol". I talked to UPS and they said they don't have to ask me what is in the package and I don't have to tell. So.....???????? As far as the food is concerned, Tracy was right on the money as to what I was told.

Sorry Sandy, I was under the impression that Disney said you could bring wine on like the snacks. My mistake.

Hey, don't sweat it Tracy. Just thought that I would post it so people could read it. After that, it is up to the individual. Shipping wine is a risk that is for sure.

Hi all - just got off the July 23rd cruise and we are tenatively set to sail the Repo cruise back - but this time with the kids. I hope that you don't mind me coming online. Was so excited that I had to force DH onto another cruise. We were lucky enough to do the May and totally enjoyed that one. When I found out that their were a few spots left had to book that. Danielle the cruise agent was extremely helpful and remembered us so she was able to secure some cabins. Got deck one but at this point beggars can't be choosers - I guess that I will take anything I can get. Anyway, don't know if anyone out there is listening/reading but thought that I'd put my voice in here. There was a group of about 14 disboarders on board and they had one meeting - but you all sound like your ready to have a blast. BTW - if you haven't already done so (I haven't gone back to read the past posts) I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend a shoe organizer that you can put on the metal doors. Tried that this time and it really helped keep our cabin tidy. As for the door signs I didn't have any trouble (we were at about the tail end of deck two #2581 & #2579) but another cabin posted a wonderful poster of Tinkerbell on her outside door - it made it until Friday nite & then it got lost. Make sure you don't put anything out you don't want lost. I happened to lose a gold cord that my daughter received from her graduation (I used it as a belt for my pirate costume) but I was very fortunate and got it back from lost and found the next evening. I was very lucky. Anyway, just had to share. If you have any questions just let me know. I will be lurking until then. Laura

It seems there will be a few folks who were on the May repo who will also be on the August one....we just found out we will be having a friend who was on the May one join us in August!!! We are in the process of linking dining....

Very pleased my documents from DCL arrived in the post today so we are now all set.

Did you notice Cabo is now to 6pm and Acapulco it leaves at 3am now, and PC is 6am start! All on the tickets.

The PC at 6am has been that way since Day one of reservations. I printed out the itinerary that day and thast isd what is says. I doubt we will begin out journey before the sun is up, the canal pilot will have to board too.

Everyone stay calm, breathe in, and now out. Keep repeating, I will not stress over packing, I will not stress over packing.......................

I'm here in NJ waiting for our cruise documents. Our TA is in Florida , so I'm suprised we haven't gotten them yet. Maybe they are trying to get us the Walt Disney Suite on an upgrade. HAHA!

I have no Docs yet. I spent an hour at Whole Foods, trying to find yummy things for Charles...found a great approximate for Cheetos...he refused to try them at first, then was "Oh"...I was so excited...but he does this quite a bit. I'll be calling the med diet person tomorrow. My clothes order came in...the shorts made my legs look scrawny, and my black capris were cancelled...I have sent in another order...if you see someone on the Magic wearing the same stuff all the time it is me !!!

Does anyone need help on their gifts ? Please PM me. I'm feeling very guilty that I've done nothing for our group. And now I can feel worse because I'm going to request a door sign from Andy...will I never stop sinking to new lows ?

Have resolved to start wine shopping tomorrow...I'm a red wine girl, so it will be red, just have to figure out what to bring.

My husband help build the Whole Foods that you are speaking of. There is actually going to be one in Roseville also. Hoping for one here in Elk Grove Wide Awake. Whole Foods is a very nice store.

My new bathing suit came in the mail yesterday. Still waiting for documents.

Disney provides 2 luggage tags for each person in the documents....if you need more you can get them at the port. They come pre-printed with your name and cabin # and sailing date....any extras from the port you will have to hand-write in the info.

Did your girls have a great time??? Bet they did!!!

Also want to thank Renee for the great name tags...they came yesterday!!! Thank you so much for doing this!!! I also can't wait to meet all the wonderful fools!!!!

Whole Foods is somewhat a speciality grocery store. They offer alot of organic food. My husband just works for them, we don't shop there. We eat alot of junk food!

It was great meeting you there too. Who would have thought that we would meet people from the boards at a local event. I know what you mean about travelling with old friends. We've been doing that for a couple of years now with our October friends. Now I have new friends from this cruise.
