Bringing own equipment at Stingray Bay

(Sorry if this was answered before, but I looked beforehand!)

My husband and I are doing the Stingray Bay Excursion on our trip - does anyone know if you can use your own snorkel and fins? We'll have ours already since we want to do the open snorkeling at the other beach... I know the cost of the snorkel and fins is included in the excursion price, but just wanted to know! Thanks!

you will just have to use the provided buoyancy compensators. DCL requires everyone snorkeling to use one (easier to see everyone on top and under the water)
