Bringing non-alcohol drinks onboard

I haven't been able to anything about restrictions on bringing non-alcohol drinks onboard. I like my energy drinks in the morning and want to bring some with me. Am I just missing the "rule" someplace?

As far as I know you can bring them, but you must carry them on. Not in checked luggage.

@Dug720 is correct. There are no restrictions on non-alcoholic beverages other than they must be carried on, not in your checked luggage.
