Bringing in food

Forgot to note that we also bring the britta water bottles with the filters.

We've brought things like peanut butter, granola bars, apples, fruit leather - things that will hold up in the Florida sun and don't easily get smushed. Then we get something like the chicken and fish combo at the Columbia Harbor House so that we share the perishable entree around while supplementing with our own snacks/sides.

  • If you do counter service everyone can order kids meals if they want.
  • We eat breakfast in room.
  • We bring in snacks and often lunch.
  • Sandwiches on good firm roll in tupperware container.
  • Frozen water bottle to help keep it cool, then drink with it.
  • Pringles in the tube container so they don't get crushed.
  • Then we usually do a TS dinner or eat after we leave depending on park hours.
