We have not received our travel documents either. I spoke with DCL on Thursday and our are being sent to our travel agent at AAA. And as luck would have it, she is in Italy and won't be back until this Thursday for us to
pick them up. I think the DCL agent I talked with said they wouldn't be sent until this Monday, August 6th anyway. I am SOOO excited

we're with AAA as well, so hopefully we will get something soon i'm starting to get anxious as i have a few appointments and busy with work, I hope they come sooner than later if I need to go pick them up. Called our credit card companies to make them aware we would be traveling, and ordered some euros...making progress

Ian you are my new best friend if there's cadbury chocolate on offer. I love America but the only thing I miss when Im over there is British chocolate Im afraid!

Hey is your Cadbury Chocolate the same as the Cdn Cadbury?? ie the flaky etc. I know you can buy english cadbury here and it is $$$. I am going to bring Smarties - the kids love those.

Im not sure we do have cadbury flake here but I always find that the chocolate in the states is the different to here even the ones that are cadburys so I guess Canadas the same. The real cadburys is lovely and Galaxy chocolate is the best.

I have either not heard or received payment for several large orders of lanyards. Regretfully, my bill is due today.

I have pondered on what to do and have come to this decision.

It will be first come first serve. Anyone who pays me first can have them.

I feel bad that you are stuck with some of the lanyards- I would like to help with absorbing some of the outstanding costs for you if you don't get rid of them prior to the cruise.

I also have some NEWS!!!!

My dh, who insisted that he could not/did not want to come on the cruise and was content in sending us on our own, has suddenly had a change of heart- this morning he hemmed and haaad about the cruise and not being on it... Long and short of it - he is now going with us....yippee - Not to worrry - I am still going to do all the activities -his loss! Ha - I was able to say "I told you so" and got no flack about that. I am thrilled he is coming, escpecially since my vasovagal syncope is currently under investigation and I am prone to passing out.

Anyhow, his name is Peter and he will be in cabin 2138 - Disney was great they put me on hold while the air department secured a spot for him and then I booked him - Lady at Disney said that they don't normally do that and most of the time you have to book with the cruise and at such a late date be wait listed for at least 48 hours, but between the CM on the disney cruise line and the air department they were able to hold a spot on the airplane and secure the same air package, same price for my dh as we have. So he is a happy camper and is now coming along.

Now I have to call the babysitter to see if she can come and look after the cats, flowers and mail for the two weeks.

Wow, Denise, great service from DCL. I know other folks who booked late and were not able to secure air from Disney. Glad your DH gets to join you too. I know that takes some pressure off.


Lindsay, Navigator looks great. Having some issue printing it. But I'll spend some more time playing with the settings. May just end up printing regular instead of booklet.

I finally gave up on getting mine into a booklet form. Guess I don't know what I am doing!! It does look great tho.....you really did a wonderful job Lindsay!

Hello All;

I just want to thank everyone who offered their assistance with my vow renewal ceremony that had fallen through. You really are a bunch of kind-hearted people! I am happy to say that I have located a different company who has convened the vow renewal for me. It will be on Aug 21st, at the top of the cable-car on the Rock of Gibralter. We will be renewing our vows for our 10th anniversary. If any of you wish to attend, you are most welcome. We are aiming for 13:00.

Also, I wanted to thank everyone who has been organizing the special items and events. It must have taken a lot of your time.
