Any ideas on color or wording?

I hate lime green. How about yellow with blue or black or red lettering (mickey boat colors) "Bringing Home the Magic 8/18/07"? We want to stand out, yes? DCL colors will make us blend in.

We too are joining this Cruise, the price of the Cat 12 GTY was too good to pass up. Will be traveling with my DH, DD (10), DS (8). Also being joined by my DMIL & DSIL in another Cat 12 GTY.

I only have had a chance to read the last few pages of this thread and have a lot of reading and research to catch up on. Did notice someone posted about playing Bunco on sea days. Sounds fun to me. My DH & DMIL might also be interested.

Had a "mini-meet" w/Todd (DisneyVegas1) - he & his family are simply the BEST!!!

Okay Update:
Today I faxed DCL Inventory Control w/a request for the Palo private room for 14 Ladies - on Aug. 25 for Brunch and Aug. 27 for Afternoon Tea. (those are both sea days) BTW - 14 is the max. for the room.
They will inform me at 30 days out whether they will accomodate the request.

So far the list includes: (me!)

Julie (bellelinus), Sue (happyfeet), Linda (momma4v3),Charmaine & daughter (kugabelle), Monica (got2travel), Laura (eeyorelvr10), (KaseyC), Joan (joanflo), (robsmom)

Have I missed anyone?? I quickly scanned back - but "quickly" is the operative so I might have missed someone!!

That's 11 so far and I don't know who prefers the brunch - or the tea - or both. I want to do both!!

I'm new around here. I just found out about the DISboards on Friday and joined right away! DH2B and I will be "Bringing Home the Magic" AGAIN! We are in a Cabin 12 Guarantee. I started reading this thread, but on page 16 realized there were over 100 pages! I didn't get to read it all yet. Give me some time!

We were also on the Eastbound PC crossing in 2005. Were you guys the huge group in the bright green t-shirts taking a picture outside Lumiere's? We saw a bunch of your door decorations and loved them! I was jealous I didn't think of bringing decorations.

I remember thinking when I signed on - I can never do that! I would be too embarrassed to talk so much but you know what?

Not yet, still playing with some ideas.
Not sure if I missed the post - is there a banner, graphic that's being used for this cruise. We're also on the last 11-night Med sailing Aug 8th and they have a really lovely banner.

This will be the first time in a CAT 12 GNT, the 2 others we were in a cat 9 the same room both times. They said they can possibly upgrade us a cat 7.

Glad to see interest is stirring for lanyards and/or bracelets. i'm fine with any combo of colors but agree that it should be something that stands out. also agree with the suggestions so far on the wording. don't use the word "again" or "part 2" since this is the first repo home cruise for some of us. maybe simple is best....bringing home the magic with the dates.

some ideas for the wording are below. my only real preference is that we not put "again" in it. This excludes many of us from being able to by the t-shirts and i would hate to do that again with the lanyards!!
