Bringing Home the Magic - Part 2 - 8/18/07 - 9/01/07- list of cruisers on page 1

I need to get my airfare done to JFK as well.

We are on the both 07 and 08 bringing the Magic home Repos.


I am ready to start planning. Has anyone thought about starting a chat night so we can discuss plans and get to know each other (for those of us who were not on the PC repo last time)?

I just finalized all of our air travel plans for this cruise, well almost all.....Southwest hasn't opened up their September dates yet. And we'll be flying Southwest to LA next year.

I am with you on Southwest. I have a $400.00 credit from them for being bumped on the December cruise.

My current plan has me going from BWI to Islip, town car to JFK for the trip over. Even if we book a limo we still save six hunderd over flying directly to JFK.

Right now I have a Cat 11 for the med. May or may not keep it depending on who can go with me. But for sure I will be in California to party with my friends in 2008.

I am really anxious for the eastbound Med repo to sail and post Navigators, etc. It is really hard to visualize this cruise and plan for it with no idea of what will happen - six days at sea? Meal rotations? Which shore excursions are best? I am sure it will be great, but no idea of what it is.

Any ideas?

Bumping from page 2.

I am looking forward to hearing how their six days at sea go. As far as excursions, hopefully there will be plenty of trip reports. And I will be reading every one of them.

DD15 will probably be haning in the Stack playing Guitar Hero! That was the fav game on the December Cruise!

Get him to go to the Stack the first night to introduce himself!

Sea Days................

There's the Martini Tasting, the Tequilla Tasting, the WineTasting may even try the Beer one this time!LOL

Laundry is good for sea days.

Sitting up on deck by the Pool or on Deck 4.

Palo Brunch.

Different Seminars depending on who will be on board!

There will be plenty to do or nothing at all, depending on what you want!

I love my sea days!

It sounds wonderful, those sea days. That's always been my favorite part of any cruise. Oh wow, I just got a few butterflies in the tum, must mean the cruise is getting close.

I found a really neat website today that I wanted to share. It has all sorts of info on Barcelona but the best part is the panoramic tours of sites in the city. I think half the fun of vacations is the researching , but then again, I would, I'm a librarian.

I could not agree more. I think all the research enhances the vacation and makes the adventure longer in length. In our case some of us have been doing it for a year.

You know, even laundry won't be bad on sea days.

I can just imagine it now - - - put a load in, go up to deck 10, sit around the pool, have the drink of the day, head down - transfer to dryer - head to deck 4, take a nap on the blue chair. Brace self with another drink of the day and head to pick up the laundry. Take to room. Call room service for a few cookies and a Mickey bar. Fold clothes. Then get ready to head to happy hour somewhere.
