Bringing fragile stuff home

When last in disney managed to bring a glass and some other glass thing home with no probs. But it was my friend who packed and i don't know what she did. Anyone any tips.

If it's not delecate glass, stuff it with your smalls and roll it in a t-shirt. Anything else I'd put it in your carry on luggage.

If it is small enough, pack it inside a shoe, the sole will protect it from damage, add paper (or undies) between the shoe and glass as protection. Loosly pack the inside of the glass as well.

Alternate is get a cardboard box big enough (shoebox?) pack with smalls inside and pack in middle of the suitcase. managed to bring home a very thin glass coffee maker last week that way.

We bought a large mickey and minnie figurines,and we packed them in our hand luggage,we wrapped them with t-shirts,towels etc,and we made it home with them in one peice
