bringing food in the park?

I know @ Disney you can bring in plenty of food are the unofficial rules @ universal the same as Disney or are they more strick? We like to bring in lunch & buy dinner. Thanks

The rules are the same at Universal as long as you are lugging in a hard sided cooler. Soft sided small coolers are fine.
