I was wondering if anyone out there has had any problems with bringing their own food into the parks? We will be staying in a 1 bedroom with kitchen and thought I would make sandwiches for lunch everyday and put them in a small collapsable cooler(only 3 of us). Will they allow us to do this ?

No problem at all. They are very easy about that. The most we have gotten from security is "any chance you want to share the Doritos :)!"

Yep, no problems whatsoever. I believe "officially" Disney doesn't allow food buy we have never had any problems brining in snacks, water, sandwiches, etc.

Here is a tip...freeze a plastic bottle or two of water, use it as an ice pack for your sandwiches, and drink it after its melted

Also, if you pick up a box of uncrustables (frozen pb and j sandwiches), while you are down there, they are qick, pre wrapped, inexpensive and make a quick meal on the go for kids (and adults too). The bonus is the convenience and the fact they could thaw out and get warm without anyone worrying about it

The only time anything was ever said to me wasa funny security guard at EPCOT. I had pepsi cans and he said since WDW was a coke park I could not bring them in. Had me going for a couple of seconds. But there has never been a problem with anything. We ususally carry a small 6 can cooler. Works great!
