Bringing a DVD player from home?

If I brought a DVD player from home, would I be able to plug it into the tv at our resort (WL)? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've stayed at hotels beford with weird televisions that had no inputs....

I do not believe Disney TV's have input plugs available, but you can call the resort to double check.

I dont know about WL, but the YC room TVs have inputs for DVD player. You may want to find the WL thread and see if some of the WL fans know.

Ou room at AKL last week had a DVD player in the room. We only had a standard room. Maybe WL has them already also?

We stayed at POFQ and used our portable DVD player to watch movies on the plane and then plugged it into the ports that were right on the front of the TV to watch movies at night.

I think the newer flatscreens are pretty prevalent throughout WDW, and they should all have some type of free input.

I know that I plugged in our camcorder to re-live some of the day's festivities.

WL does have the plug-ins for the tvs. At least the room we were in did. BWI has dvd players in the room for anyone wondering.

Pop and POR have them for sure (as well as DCL). I plugged my ipod into them so we could watch movies. I find the TV viewing options at Disney slightly limited.

This is why I bring my Cinemin and my ipod 60inch projection on any flat surface. Husband packs a rollable cloth projection screen and we can bring any movies we want. I've had a couple of botch disney tvs over the years even at a deluxe and they never swapped them out and I don't have to rely on their programming. I will be bringing lots of Disney movies for the girls.
