Bring tabletop toaster oven for studio?

Is it against any rule to use a tabletop toaster oven (that we would bring) in a studio at BWV, OKW or Vero Beach? Since the second and third have two queen beds, we could easily do a week in a studio if we had something to cook in other than a microwave or toaster. I could see them putting limitations but the toaster oven would be no more of a risk than a toaster, and maybe even less, so long as you don't leave the room while you are cooking something. Does anyone know the answer or has anyone tried this?

I don’t see any general safety problem as long as it is watched and uses the same counter and outlet as the toaster.

A toaster oven you set for cooking 30 mins or more has to be more dangerous that a toaster that someone pretty much watches for 3-4 mins.

Doubt it's against a rule though.

That would be something to ask MS. Do it by email and not by phone or chat. There wouldn't be any room for it in the kitchenette. It would need to be in the living area and could stink up the soft goods in the room.

It is against the rules for many timeshares. I know regular grills on the balcony/patio are not allowed but not written down anywhere for members that I am aware of. It should be OK but a step further to electric skillet would not be IMO though I know some use them. I'd email and see.

I thought this was against the rules, but also know that people break the rules all the time. You're also not suppose to use an air fryer, crockpot or Instantpot either.

That is a such a weird answer to a straightforward question. No Instant Pot. Buy a dining plan! Can i interest you in some RIV points?
It's the Disney Moms Panel. Nuff said.

I agree that it is a weird answer because someone wanting to do a longer stay in a studio with a small appliance is not going to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars to buy a dining plan if the small appliance is not allowed. Thank you everyone. We will not be bringing a table top oven to Disney. We will likely stick with one bedrooms for shorter stays. Appreciate all the insights.

Aulani studios have some appliance to cook rice in them.
