I remember that the strollers at AK were pretty hard plastic. I also heard the archaic strollers at MK have been replaced. (I think I rode in them when I was a kid!!!!) Are the strollers available in the parks comfortable if they want to nap? What about getting around the resorts?

We brought our own stroller last month for our trip to WDW. There is no way my 2 year old dd would have been comfortable or been able to sleep in the strollers you can rent - she is picky about where she sleeps and there is no padding or anything to make it cushy. Also, having a stroller in the airport, around the resorts and at Downtown Disney makes it so much easier.

So, my recommendation would be to take your own as you'll get plenty of use out of it and save money in the long run.

We always bring our own. I think the kids are more comfortable in their own strollers.

We brought our own umbrella stroller for our 2 yo. It folds up nicely and can be stored in many more places than the big blue ones at MK. For example, if we rode the train to adventureland from Toontown, we would have been w/o a stroller once we got off since the ones you rent can't be taken on the train. It is also convenient to have other places.

Last April, we rented a stroller for 7 yo dd, it was just fine for her, but not for a napping toddler. Also, there is no place to hold stuff. We are taking our stroller for our 2 yo ds.
