So i was just watching this on ABC Family... (and before I go on, incase you weren't aware, the entire movie was filmed at Universal Orlando. IOA, Universal Studios, Citywalk & all three hotels) and noticed that in all the final cheer competition scenes on Citywalk, the Universal Studios logos in the background were blurred out...
Now I want to think that the obvious reason was that ABC Family is a Disney owned station, and they don't want to advertise for the competition... however, upon re-watching the immediate replay just now (They played it twice in a row) I'm seeing the exact same Universal logo, not-blurred, earlier in the movie. I'm also 99% positive that in the commercials ABC family has been airing all week, during clips from the final scenes, the same logos that were just blurred weren't blurred at all.
They also refered to Dueling Dragons as Double Dragons... I wondered if that was in the original DVD, or a dub-over... I've never seen it on DVD, so I can't make a comparison here...
So does anyone have any clue why that was? Was it Disney's doing? Is it blurred in the DVD version? Anyone have any information at all?
I'm just curious. Hehe...
All that aside however, mediocre striaght to DVD sequal made awesome by its location. For all us Orlando nuts (which is pretty much anyone who posts on this board) it's awesome to watch an entire 2 hour movie unfold in such memorable Universal locales.
