Those items are fine. (Gels, aerosols, lotions, shampoo, sun block, would be okay.) It's the beverages that Disney is concerned about.I'd better pass this information onto my DW. Though how she will cope without her shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, facial toner, makeup remover, nail polish remover, perfume, body lotion, sun spray and lord only knows what else is beyond me.
I would recommend, though, that some of those personal care products could be placed inside plastic baggies before placing them in your luggage. I don't know if you have seen the luggage being loaded on the ship, but they literally just stack them about ten high in a large metal "basket" of sorts and move them with a forklift. I don't think they are handled "rough" but I have personally had a shampoo bottle "open" and ooze out on some of my clothing. Yes, my clothes smelled nice, but cleaning off the shampoo was no fun. (Probably handled better than airport bag handlers, but accidents do happen. I have watched a bag fall from the top of the basket with the forklift in the "up" position. Dropped about 10 feet to the ground.)
This is precisely why Disney does not want "beverages" in the checked bags. Lotions, shampoo and other gels don't "seep" through the luggage like liquids.
