For those of you that bring your cat to the Fort with you do you tell them at checkin and do they charge you or do you just not tell them since the cat will never leave the motorhome?

Thanks,
Chris

I believe they will charge you if you tell them, $5.00 per day. I have read on this forum that some people with cats that always stay inside that they dont say anything..

We always bring our cats and I know for a fact the first time they didn't charge us and I'm pretty sure they didn't the second. It was hard to tell them we didn't have pets since both of them were sitting on the dash watching the whole check in process.

I used to tell them about my "kids" & pay the extra charge until a CM told me if they stay inside the RV - don't say anything. So I don't. One time when we were in a non-pet loop & my "kids" were splayed out on the dash of the MH, I had a loop attendant tell me I should have asked for a pet loop. I said: "Pet loop, why? Oh, you mean the new Disney Animatronic's I'm testing out for imagineering. They're pretty life-like, don't you think?" He asked me each morning after that how the "animatronics" were getting along!:thumbsup2

If you tell them, or if you answer "yes" should they ask you if you have a pet, they will charge you. We are of the opinion, since our cats don't take advantage of Disney's amenities they shouldn't have to pay.
