No advice, unfortunately.

But a BIG good luck!!!

My friend booked online yesterday and it glitched too. Didn't add in tickets or memory maker. Hers was an easy self rectified solution, but yes it glitched. And we stared again at Woody waiting for the page to process.

New rooms keep popping up, probably because so many people booked something spontaneously upon seeing FD (or whatever) and then changed their minds on their dates or rooms (I know I did). So keep checking regularly and maybe you can get back to what you wanted originally. Although the AKV could be very nice too. Good luck.

We were able to switch to AKV Jambo Savannah view. So that makes me happy The guest services representative will call me if any other options become available but we are good with the main building

Orbitz has some inventory available at BWV for your dates. How many people are in your group?

Edit: I'll go out on a limb and guess 6 Orbitz doesn't have any 2-beds left. But I haven't checked other resellers. I also don't know if FD is a deal-breaker for you.

AKV is one of my home resorts, we always stay Jambo when it's just my son and I. We really love it and so much to do. Don't forget to check out Kidani if you have time, great area for the kids to swim and Sanaa is amazing.

We like Jambo better as well and have stayed there before. Kidani is the red headed step child too far from the main building and lacking food options. I'm not trying to make the walk in August heat from Kidani to Jambo.

Oh, no. Kidani Village is a very nice resort. You can take a shuttle between the two locations. It runs back and forth all day long. It's nice an quiet and a short walk to the pool. You can purchase food at the pool. Plus the parking is so much closer than Jambo House.
