We plan to stay six nights at the Cabins in October. Only 4 nights have the AP rate available. If I book online two separate reservations (4 nights with discount, 2 without) will we need to move cabins or is it possible to keep the same one?

OR, can this be booked over the phone as one reservation with two rates? I loathe calling but would in this case if it's something that's doable.

Thanks!

will we need to move cabins
Maybe.

is it possible to keep the same one?
Maybe.

You'll want to have the reservations marked as continuing, and also reinforce it when checking in for the first reservation. In general, they will want to keep you in the same cabin, as a continuing clean is easier than a turnover clean.

I think you will be booking two reservations when it comes to the AP rate. Not sure.

You can't book 1 reservation with 2 rates, so you'd need to make 2 reservations. When checking in, just let them know about the 2nd reservation. You'll just need to check-out and check-in on your first check-out day. Chances of them moving you are slim to none.

I did this last February and I had a reservation booked and then called once the AP discounts came out. They were able to give us the AP discount for some of the nights. Sorry to say that I would call.
