bridge tour

Do you have to sign up ahead of time for the bridge tour? Do you do it the 1st day for the whole week or each day there's a sign up for that day?

we were in the middle of our cruise & asked at guest services, who told us what days & times were left. I would ask the day you board & if you cant reserve then they will at least tell you when you can.

I've heard that you can't take photos which my wife will hate, but is there any age limit on how young kids can be to go on it?

It's not offered every day but you can ask at Guest Services when it's available on your cruise. I believe that there is supposed to be an age limit but it's not enforced. One toddler on our tour dropped his sippy cup onto the console which startled everyone. Luckily the cup was empty.

We were on the 4 day Wonder cruise (11/28/04 - 12/2/04) and we took the bridge tour and we were allowed to take pictures.

When our tour started I saw that some people (including myself) had cameras but no one was taking pictures. Our tour host Michael didn't say anything when our tour started so I politely interupted him and asked if we were allowed to take pictures or not and he told us we could snap away all we wanted. I took him up on that and took a whole roll of film just on the tour.

The tour is very interesting and I would highly recommend it.

DW and I were invited by Captain Thord to take a tour of the bridge during our January 4, 2005 cruise on the Magic. One of the first things he told us was that we could take as many photos as we liked, and I took quite a few.

My family is going on a Cruise in april, We definately plan on taking a bridge tour, from what I've heard on these boards you should go to guest services the first day to get a reserved time, they tend to fill up quickly, and anyone who has been on the tour...is it worth teens or Kids to go?
