Okay I know my wedding is far off still but I'm starting to buy everything I'm going to need little by little each month. Well, I have no idea what to get for my girls! I make jewelery as a hobby, and I have made them all necklace and bracelet sets to wear on the day of the wedding, but I wanted to get something else. I'm just at a standstill as to what to get. I don't even have any ideas. I have 8 bridesmaids so I don't want to go too expensive. I was just wondering what everyone else has done/will be doing. We also don't know what to do for the guys, we were going to do engraved zippo lighters, but not everyone smokes, and it would be weird giving a lighter to a non-smoker. Oh well...everyone's input is greatly appriciated! Thanks guys.

We just had a MOH and BM. Since my MOH just moved into her new house, I gave her a gift certificate for landscaping materials and I also paid for Tiffany Town Car during their Disney stay. For the BM we sent fish chowder and lobsters from Legal Seafoods (he used to live here in MA but moved to southern CA and there is nothing like new england seafood) and also paid for Tiffany.

I am planning to get totes that they can use and fill it with a whole bunch of bath stuff and makeup and things they can use for the wedding trip...

I am paying for my BMs to stay at the BC for 4 nights around our wedding. I am also getting them each a beach tote and filling it with a towel, flip flops, books from each of their favorite authors, their favorite candy, chapstick, and sunblock. I'm also going to take them out to dinner somewhere, or have tea at the GF.

DF is paying for his guys to stay at the BC for 4 nights, and he's getting them monogrammed cuff links and a money clip.

I am doing almost the same thing! DF are putting up our bridal party for 3 nights each at Coronado Springs. Then, I thought I would get the monogrammed bags that they sell on the know and fill them with different things...I haven't really figured out what I am going to put into the bags yet. I also may be purchasing the dresses for the girls...it depends on the budget!

i had 8 BM's as well so i udnerstand nice gifts can add up! i had necklaces and earings made 4 them to wear 2 the wedding, had hankerfhiefs embroirdered with their inital, and they each got a nice fancy bar of soap from a fav. place of mine, and i wrote them all nice individual cards, and they were thrilled! oh, i also paid for them to all have their hair done. i figure sinc ei was making them all get updos i should pay haha.

I am making a scrapbook for each of my girls. I also was going to get them monogrammed mickey ears. I really like princessdisneybelle's idea of the lanyards for the tickets! All of our attendants would be able to use those.
