Brides who used or are using LeJeune, how long did it take for them to get back to you after you registered on their website? I sent my information in last week and haven't heard anything and was thinking about calling, but wanted to check to see if it's normal for them to take a week or more to get back to you. Thanks!

I have such OCD, that I actually called first I think! LOL....

I did also register on their website just so that they'd have the info that way as well..

I would say if it's been more than a week, you could call them, but remember, the 2 holidays, so they might not have been around or have been very busy....

I say you call. Even if you have to leave a message, it shows you are really interested in booking her etc..

I think there are sometimes problems with the website and the registration doesn't get to her.

Calling seems to be the best way to get ahold of her.

I sent one on LATE sunday early monday morning when I was @ work and called wednesday since I am quite impatient ... I spoke with Randy and he said that they were flooded with a ton of requests over the last week or so with people getting engaged over christmas/new years!! I would just call and talk to someone! He was SOOOO nice and stayed on the phone for quite awhile to answer all my questions!!

I agree - call! I emailed them last week to update my address and haven't heard. So I'm going to take my own advice and call! I need to schedule my hair/makeup trial!
