Bride updo's picture's please.

Can you please help me find an updo I like I can't find one, I want an updo with my veil underneath. We're using lisa I did see a picture on her website afew month's ago but it's not there now and I didn't save it.

I'm not sure what kind of updo it was, but i can show you mine....My hair was entirely on top of my veil, tho I did have my blusher over it for the walk down/ceremony. This is the best picture I have of it right now, the front was split to the side...

I dunno if that helps at all, and I hope you find one soon.

I'm not sure what kind of updo it was, but i can show you mine....My hair was entirely on top of my veil, tho I did have my blusher over it for the walk down/ceremony. This is the best picture I have of it right now, the front was split to the side...

buf68, can I ask if you used a hair piece to make the volume of your updo look so good? My hair dresser has been having trouble getting the volume that I want in my updo even though my hair is thick, and goes down to the middle of my back. She asked me to look for some sort of hair piece to fluff my hair up...but I'm not so sure I want to have that in my hair.

My hairdresser was amazing. My hair is about butt length and thick so she had a hell of a time doing it. What she did was for every strand of hair she made 2 knots and built those up on top of eachother. I think the knot she had as a "curl" and then the 2nd as another "curl" and then did the end as a "curl" so for every small strand of hair i had like three curls. She is, i swear, the QUEEN of updos around here. I have a better picture now of the back of it (and the front for that matter), but I just got my proofs today so I have yet to get any of them up online I'll work on this one too to show it off a little better. Just gimme like a day or two.

JennyandMike03 - Actually, I think your hair is probably perfect for that style because it's just pinned up curls, not twists or knots. I'll bet your hairdresser could make it work!

Your hair looks beautiful. I'm the same with my roots, I'm waiting until next wednesday to have them done, so I'll only have 1 weeks growth so they won't show up .

Thanks so much Wendy! My dress was a very light shade of off-white, which went well with my VERY fair skin. If the dress was too white I looked pasty pale and if it was too ivory I looked yellowish. But luckily I found the perfect color! They surprised me with the glitter, and I loved the way it would sparkle in the light.
