Bridal shower gift ideas

I need some creative ideas if anyone can help. My friend is getting married at Vero Beach next month. We are giving her a personal shower and I want to give her a trip to the Grand Floridian Spa. I need some ideas as to how to package this gift, as I hate to just put it in a card. She really loves dogs and Pluto and the best I could come up with was buying a stuffed Pluto and attaching the gift card to his collar somehow. Any other ideas?
