Brewers fan looking for some help

I have looked in quite a few of all the great DISigners photbucket/4shared etc files and haven't quite seen what I was thinking about. Maybe someone could help me with this. I was wanting to get Mickey ears on the old Milwaukee Brewers logo. The one like this
