I pre-ordered my Photopass CD in time to get the $25 offer at the bottom of the email. Our trip is not until Nov/Dec and I know I'm going to have to deal with the hassle of getting the code re-instated, etc, but I'm wondering...do you think they will honor the $25 price even in Nov/Dec?? I really hope so because I think that is the only way DBF will agree to us doing it!!

I ordered mine 2 weeks ago today, and there is no mention of the resort photo shoot nor the $25 sitting fee, unlike last year.

Just returned from the Beach Club and had our photo session on June 6th. It was raining, so we started with some inside pictures and then took a few outside when the rain stopped. We ended up with 104 pictures but a lot of them did not turn out. Here are some of my favorites...

I just got off the phone with Poly--and told them that I had pre-ordered the photopass CD and asked if there was a discount associated with that, and they told me no! That there was 2 packages, 1 was $99 and the other $49, anyone know if it's in writing somewhere that this discount exists? We leave Monday for Disney, so I keep going back and forth with whether or not to keep this appt or not

When I booked an appt with GF I was told that the packages were $49.95 (sitting fee & prints) and $99.95 (sitting fee, prints & CD). I was told if I bought in my e-mail as proof that I pre-purchased the CD that the $99.95 package would drop to $70. Regarding the prints, all they guy told me was that there were various packages with different size prints. Of course none of this is in writing. I was just told this verbally over the phone. I don't even have a confirmation number nor e-mail to confirm my reservation. I'm crossing my fingers that the info the guy gave me is correct (and that there are no thunderstorms during my photo shoot).

stitchfan18 - those are truely wonderful photos! Thanks for posting them! We have a hard enough time getting descent photos of my little family of 4, I am always amazed and impressed with the larger groups getting great photos-not an easy task

We did our session at the Beach Club on June 14 at 10:30. The sun was bright, but we got some good shots. I pre purchased the CD and the price was $70 for the sitting, the CD, and a photo package. Here are some of my favorite shots.

There are no random roaming PP Photographers at the resorts, they are only there by appointment for the resort photo sessions. If they did roam I would think nobody would bother booking a session or buying those packages.

We actually had photos taken by a PP photographer who had her camera set up on a tripod in the back of the Wilderness Lodge lobby two weeks ago. She wasn't "roaming" but the pics were definitely free. Just handed her my PP card.

I love looking at these great family photos! I always look at our pics after vacation and wonder if I was even on the trip. I'm always the one behind the camera. One of these trips we're going to book the photographer!

We did a resort shoot yesterday, and was told by the photographer that al the resorts that have photoshoot options als have a photographer set up in the lobby in the evening for family photos. You will only get a shot or two depending on how many people are waiting, unless you are like the family we waited for about 20 minutes while they orchestrated many shots of several different combinations of members. The photographer appologized for the wait, as he was trying to accomodate them, he said he didn't thimk they were going to take so long.

This is exactly the reason why we're going to do the PP resort shoot this year. DH and DD seem to go on some pretty nice vacations! I wanna go tooo......
