Turkey is in the oven.
Salmon is all prepped and waiting to go in.
Potatoes are waiting to go in too.
Stuffing is made and in muffin tins waiting to go in.
Roasted bell peppers were made yesterday and are marinating in oil and vinegar.
DH is making a salad.
Plum pudding is also waiting for the right time to start boiling.
Trifle is made and ready.
Lots of berries in the fridge.
Christmas Cake just needs to get cut when we are ready to have coffee.

I think it's beginning to smell a lot like Christmas here.

Hope you have a great dinner. Wow not alot of decorating. I guess the vegas lights outweigh the christmas ones. What ever you have I appreciate it. Hmm..wonder if PIO's husband came out of the bathroom.

Had a great dinner with DD, DS & his GF & her little girl. Sooo cute. Simple dinner: roast beef, garlic roasted potatoes, broccoli & salad. Baked a coffee cake for breakfast tomarrow. Then we'll have "grazing" as the day goes on. Got rolls & deli meats; shrimp cocktail; stuffed mushrooms ready to bake; dill dip with pumpernickle bread; crackers with cheese & pepperoni; a Jubille ice cream roll & of course: cookies. DS will have dinner @ GF's parent's. DD & I will head to my sister's for dinner. DH's best gift is that he doesn't have to go!
