I'm doing pretty good with it now. The Doc is going to extend it for three more days. Her initial plan was 7-10 days depending on how it healed. The nurse came today and drew blood, so they'll get the results and that will determine the dose for the last three days.

Hopefully that will be it for the IV drugs and then she'll go back to oral antibiotics.

It really doesn't follow her. She's only hooked up to it for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. Otherwise she is good.

She's not really anxious about anything. Most of the time she is asleep from the morphine.

It's Spring term....and the school participates in district games. DS wants to play cricket; which means he has to attend practise sessions. Cricket practise starts at 8 am on Thursdays. What's the point of having a non-working day when I still have to get up at 6.30 am?

I do have a very upset tummy. Past few days no beans in sight. Or curry.

When DBF has night shifts they will sometimes cook up a big pot of something for everyone. So pasta or curry. One of his teammates regardless of what he eats farts up a storm. They use a gas meter and try and set it off.
