I am so sorry. Hope the treatment helps.
Wow, sounds like quite a ruckus. We've had cats for almost 40 years and been through some rough treatments too. I used to think the anal gland stuff was the worst

Refill your coffee cups all.....

I mentioned over in the bump thread that stuff is going on at my house; sort of bringing down the excitement of going to WDW right now.
I haven't talked much about DS (25) yet who is unemployed. He was downsized almost two years ago from the same company I temp for and hasn't been able to find work since then. He managed to save almost everything he earned while working though and along with living with us, he has covered his car costs, insurance, phone and social stuff. Then this past summer he totaled his car and while the house was being remodeled there wasn't room to park a replacement anyway so that saved him some money thank goodness.
I say thank goodness because it's been hard to get health insurance for him for the past six months. In retrospect, we should have bit the bullet and added him to DH's retirement plan and pushed our policy costs way up but that is crazy talk now.
He was under state health coverage for awhile but that ran out and he sent in a form Monday of this week for a renewal of some kind.
Well, yesterday, Wednesday, he asked DH to take him to an emergency clinic because he could feel his heart beating irregularly.
They did an EKG and found arrhythmia (sp?) but his BP and other heart functions seem okay.
DH paid for the clinic costs but now we are double worried: worried most of all about his heart and worried that he now has this "pre-existing condition" which will make him hard to insure or at best expensive to insure with no job.
He's a quiet person to begin with and he keeps everything inside. DH and he are very close so DH didn't even tell me what had happened until I got home after 8:00 last night. I spent time trying to cheer him up and sitting with him but he is down and worried too!
He originally told DH that wasn't going to go to WDW but I told him that he could certainly go and not ride at all if he didn't want to; just hang with DH who will be on an ECV for the whole trip (for the first time). He said he will think about this....
I think the trip will cheer him up and all of us as well. Hopefully, we'll hear something from the insurance people as well, maybe.
On top of all this, I have a migraine

I know other people have bigger things to worry about than this, so thanks for listening everyone.
