Sorry you had a rough night PIO

I see you're still giddy from BF shopping usnuz :lmao:

Cleaning........yeah.....see my sig regarding that...
Hope Cars 2 is good Alison. Haven't seen it yet

As for myself. I mentioned Boston to DBF and I get SAMUEL ADAMS!!!! screamed back at me....
Now I just to work out how on earth to get there :headache: :lmao:

It snowed here last week... not it's making me so excited for Xmas!! And even more excited for my trip in six sleeps!

Hope it sticks around so you get a white Christmas.

I'm apparently going to be on markdowns all next week, and my manager said I'll likely be going back to stock after that. I heard a rumor they're considering me for stock lead, but I don't know yet. I have no problem with stock. It's just the "No, you can't leave" crap that drives me nuts, aside from the nonsense with coworkers, the excessive commute (I'm going to spend 4 hours on the bus tomorrow because it's Sunday), and the low wage.

The more cross trained you become, the easier to get a job closer to home.

My mom is being a madwoman in the kitchen! She cleaned the microwave oven, even the little vent panels! :rotfl2:

Sometimes I clean my moms house.

Would she like to be a mad woman at mine? :rotfl2:
And my house too, she can vacuum for me.

We're watching Cars 2 now.
Seen it before?

They do brew some good seasonal varieties.

This was my first time. I thought it was cute.

I enjoyed it too. I knew it wasn't going to be like continuence of the same plot and the storyline would be much different so I was quite happy with it unlike a lot of other viewers. Mater and McQueen can't meet for the first time twice.

I'm afraid to say I've never seen Cars... I know... and I call myself a Disney fan... I'm just thrown off by the "boy" theme... I'm very much a fan of princesses and fairies. :)

I think Cars 2 was underrated on the Dis and by the critics. It was clearly a kids movie with some adult humour; and rather cute.

Cars is excellent. It should of won the Oscar for best motion picture of 2006. Instead it didn't win for animation. This is a big reason I don't believe in the academy. They vote for themselves first.

I am sorry, I am rude! :welcome:
Come in and join the fun.

I saw cars. I dont go to the movies very often. I usually will wait till it hits netflix.

Can't blame you. I mostly see Disney movies in theaters because I take DS. Of course for some of the newer ones he was too young. And soon will be too old.

It's not because I don't like it...OR listen to the critics. They had me with Finn McMissle ;)
I just haven't gotten round to watching it yet...

Has anyone had issues with altitude? This was discussed but has reared its head again after mum talking to the doctor...

The mountains range from 8,120 - 11,570ft for one and 9,600 - 12998ft for the other...

Up to 10,000 most people are fine. Most sensitive can get issues from 8,000

I don't think it's necessarily a "boy" theme. But a lot of women have expressed sentiments towards not enjoying the whole idea. I think it's like personifying any other type of characters whether they be animal human or robots. It was a heartwarming movie (the first one) with a nice message.

The second one was a little bit more just "fun"; mystery and intrigue (since it had a James Bond type of theme.) I think if they do a third Cars movie, it will probably cover another subject, nothing to do with mystery and intrugue. The main thing that these movies fall back on is that Mader and McQueen are fast friends, and the value of that friendship.

I think that is the best moral that the story teaches. Friends are important, and no matter what happens you need to get past it and keep your friends.

No not myself other than when I left the mountains for college and came back and had to readjust to the low oxygen level and the amount of time it takes to catch ones breath.

Most people that have problems with altitude did two things wrong, and didn't actually get altitude sickness.

They got dehydrated from flying and then being more active than usually.

They drank too much too quick when theer blood was already oxygen deleted because of the alittude.

Avoid those two mistakes and you won't be part of the 95% who claim altitude sickness who are not afflicted with it.

I really dont have a problem with the altitude. My ears pop but thats about it. I hate flying, fear mainly. I have to figure how we are getting to florida in 2013. If I hitch hike now I may make it in time.
