Anyone watch this? He is out of his freakin' mind! I don't understand what she sees in someone who treats her so badly! He's manipulative, controlling, possesive, selfish, insensitive. He's addicted to anything and everything including alcohol, working out, steriods, her...

Just saw one episode the other night (with the wife at the hotel with strippers) and all I can think is, how can this all REALLY be real? It's great drama, but almost seems TOO great drama, how did they manage to pick this exact point in his life when all the ca-ca was going to hit the fan? Odd, but still intriguing. I've always liked him, I don't know why.

DH and I watched this for the first time last night as well. We are both Danny fans from when he was here in Chicago, and have met him and Gretchen on a couple of different occasions. This show is very interesting, and mind boggling.

Every time I watch this show I dislike him more. He is psycho!

His wife must be messed up too to stay with him.

Edited to add- I think he attempted suicide to try to manipulate his wife.

I haven't watched in but read his story in People magazine or one of those types. Apparently he IS nuts, he spent some time in a mental institution and that was also taped too? Scary. That guy just looks majorly pissed off, so I'm not surprised he is going crazy on his reality show.

I watch it, too. It's like a car wreck, only worse.
I loved when he told his doctor he wasn't on steroids, but was thinking about it and the doc should ask him again in a week (or month?). I told my dh that I wasn't smoking crack yet, but he should ask me again in a week.

I watch this show also, only because he was on the radio station I listen to, but he was fired before the show started to air. I remember them talking about this when it was filming, he was off the show for a month when he went into the drug rehabilitation center not a mental institution. I could not believe that they continued to film while he was having these problems, I think at one point they did want to stop but can't remember if they ever mentioned why they didn't. I can't believe his wife has stayed with him as long as she has. He is now suing his co-host from the morning show where he used to work. What a mess he has made of his life and his families!

I can't even handle the commercials for that show anymore. Those alone exhaust me. I want to jump through the tv and B slap him. DH and I both dive for the remote to change the channel when they come on.

he's nuts, she's nuts - they BOTH have some serious issues

He likes it, he likes who he is no matter how nuts he gets. He enjoys the mania, feeds off the drama and when there isn't any he creates some. He's obsessive about everything. He's mentally ill and I doubt that is fixable.

I feel sad for their kids.

I haven't seen this show, but when I was home on maternity leave a few years ago, he had a morning show on TV w/Dick Clark, the Mario guy from Saved by the Bell and some other guy and he was great on that show. Too bad his life has turned out the way it has. It's sad.

He has serious mental issues. I just don't understand why she has stayed this long.

I've never heard of it. I assume this is some reality show about Danny Bonaduce?? It sounds sad.
