I remember reading a out a popular cafe within Maihama station that sells a cheap and reasonable western style breakfast. Can anyone help with the name?

I had no idea beckers offered breakfast, here are some photo's from tabelog:

TDL has breakfast with Mickey pancakes, bacon, eggs at Center Street Coffee House. You can also find breakfast foods at Starbucks (breakfast sandwiches) or Tulley's which has yummy looking pancakes at the moment. Kuai'ina has pancakes too. For breakfast I usually just go to Piari (Ikspiari's bakery) though.
