I have a green salad, no dressing, every morning for breakfast, with either a bowl of steel-cut oatmeal mixed with some nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter, usually), or an apple cut into slices and spread with nut butter. Along with that I have a glass of diluted juice or a cup of almond milk.

Dry salad? That must be an aquired taste!
I usually do:
a breakfast sandwich- Whole wheat eng muffin, 1 egg + 1 white scrambled, 1 laughing cow lite cheese spread on the englsih muffin and a sprinkle of bacon bits.
Sometimes a side of tukey bacon or lite turkey sausage
or
oatmeal with brown sugar splenda blend
or
english muffin pizza - toast the whole wheat eng muffin, spread with sauce, sprinkle with 2% mexican shredded cheese and top with veggies. I toast he muffin to make it crunchy, then add the sauce cheese and topping and brown under the broiler for just a minute. I eat these for lunch sometimes too.

. I didn't know that the flax seed was 90 per tsp. I was using 2 tsps. Then the walnuts are 200 cals.. That is close to 400 cals alone! What was I thinking??!!
