breakfast voucher upgrade?

We are thinking the FITS ticket is the best for our stay in May. It comes with a breakfast voucher for a character breakfast. Our hotel provides breakfast so we really need a dinner one instead. Has anyone ever asked or successfully upgraded by perhaps paying the difference between breakfast and dinner?
