Breakfast suggestions for Epcot area

Hi,Ideas please, where should we eat the morning were going to Epcot?Were staying at Pop and are just having a morning at Epcot to go around FW.In the afternoon were going to MK and having a late lunch at CP.
Were going to Epcot on another day to go around the lands and watch the Illuminations,on that day were having breakfast at Cape May,so Im not looking for a character breakfast.We have a car so anywhere around the Epcot area is fine.

You could always go to the Yacht Club Galley at the Yacht Club, Spoodles at the Boardwalk, Fresh at the Dolphin or Garden Grove Cafe (non character during wekdays) at the Swan.

We enjoyed Spoodles at the Boardwalk. Or you could go to the bakery and have pastries sat outside.

Thanks for all your replys.Spoodles was one I was looking into for breakfast,however DH and DD are vegi and DH doesnt eat eggs either so that didnt leave much choice for him.I think were going with the bakery idea,then have a pizza from spoodles one evening.
