Breakfast Ressie Before The Park Opens?

Hi All

I hope I am asking in the right forum. I just made breakfast reservations at Tusker House for 8:15 am. The park doesn't open till 9am that day; so how does that work?

I've done this before, and I believe they'll let you access the park to make your way to the restaurant if you show them proof of your reservation. This is actually a cool way to take some pictures in the park and walk around without crowds, so be sure to take your time getting over to Africa. Cheers!

Note that if you have intentions of riding Flight of Passage when the park opens, an early breakfast is a HUGE disadvantage because the park actually opens before posted opening. You’ll be behind hundreds of people in the line even IF you rush through breakfast.

Do you happen to know what time the park opens? It says 9.......We actually have a fast pass for FOP later on, but I am just wondering...

AK allows guests to enter well before 9:00a. Those who enter at the front of the rope drop crowd finish riding FoP before 9 and then move on to Na’Vi or elsewhere.

My main concern is that there is someone there to let us into the park at 8am.....I am thinking that you would not be able to make an 8 am reservation at the restaurant if you can't get in......

There’s a dedicated entrance for Dining guests. The CM has the ADR guest list and allows anyone with a reservation between 8:00 and 8:45 or so to enter.

The restaurant doesn’t have early morning reservations for non-existent guests - you’ll be allowed into the park.

This. They have a list of ADR bookings. You just give them your name and/or ADR #, and they'll let you in. Dont worry.

Done lots of pre park opening breakfast. As the PPs have said there is a dedicated line normally at the furthest ends of the entrance. Ask the CMs who will direct you. We love doing these times as it’s lovely to be in the parks before the big crowds. My favourite is MK

this is interesting as my theory for my Nov trip is to try to get a PPO rez - in order to get on FOP...sounds like i'm better off getting there super early for RP, right? i had the same plan for HS, not for SWGE but more for TSL....maybe PPO rez isn't helpful for AK & HS?

PPO ADRs don't really have an advantage at HS and AK.
