Breakfast question...which would you pick?

It will be a MK day. (Was originally an Epcot day but switched it.)
I have an ADR already at Cape May Cafe.
But I'm second guessing it. There's times available for WCC.
So, if you had to pick between the 3, which would you go to for breakfast?
Cape May Cafe? WCC? or the food court at POFQ or POR?

I would definitely go with WCC. I can't wait to try the breakfast there because it looks so yummy! It's also super close to MK so that's perfect for your plans.

WCC is where it's at. I've been there and it was good! I recommend the Canyon Skillet since it's a little bit of everything and All You Care to Enjoy.

I think we need more details to help you.

Are you driving? Where are you staying - Port Orleans? What time is breakfast?

Cape May has characters, WCC doesn't but both are all you can eat. Food court is quick and basic. If you want to get in and out, then obviously the food court is great. If you're looking for an entertainment experience, Cape May is best.

If you're not driving, then it will be difficult to get to either quickly. Beach Club would be bus to DHS, then boat to Beach Club, then bus to MK; WCC is bus to MK then boat to WL and back to MK.

No car, using only Disney transportation this trip. Staying at POR.
Maybe food court that morning would be best.

We'd do the food court, but we are also the type who don't like to spend a lot of time or energy on big breakfasts. If we wanted to eat a big breakfast, we'd probably switch to WCC.

I think I'd take a taxi to Cape May for something special.

Have a nice trip.

:)

Food court would also be our choice. In & out , no problems.

Definitely Cape May!! Have not had the b'fast skillet at WWC but the dinner skillet was a huge disappointment to out family.

My vote is for WCC. We ate there on our MK day and it was great. The CM's were very funny and it was one of our favorite meals of our entire trip. We did not order the skillet. I had the eggs benedict with BBQ pork and I loved it. After breakfast we hopped on the boat to MK. It was the first full day of our vacation and it was the perfect way to start the week at WDW!

I would do food court, but we are not big breakfast eaters. If I wanted a special breakfast experience I would take a taxi to Cape May. But this is going to get you to the MK later, no matter how you look at it.
Have Fun

WE usually stay at WL and rarely eat breakfast at WCC.....Roaring Forks serves us just fine....actually how much can you eat for breakfast.....needing a buffet or skillet full? And then traveling to the parks....

We do one buffet for breakfast and that's Trails End in FW, easy for us as we usually are at WL and it's the cheapest on property....but not on a park day....Park days, we do QS in our resort, might share a platter and off to the park...we've seen the madness at WCC many a time with people with ADR's waiting to be seated, could take alot of time to get in, let alone be waited on and then served....end up way past RD for the parks and as for your other choice...to out of the way...best bet is your resort food court.....they have a good menu and you can be in and out, satisfied, and fairly cheap and on your way...

I think it also depends on how quickly you want to get to MK. Are you planning on getting there for rope drop? If yes, you'll need an early ADR if you do Cape May or WCC. You may also need to take a cab if you go to Cape May (not sure how that works with little ones who need carseats). So, if getting to MK at opening is important to you, grabbing something at your resort might be best for that day.

Have you tried to get an ADR for CP, or are you not interested in that one?

My family likes to get to the parks right when they open, so most days we just eat something in the room before heading to the parks. When we do table service for breakfast, we get an early ADR for a place in or near the park we're going to so that we can be done with breakfast in time for park opening.

It's our 2nd MK day, so not as worried about hitting rope drop that morning. We have early ADRs for CP on our 1st MK day. :cool1:
I've got an aDR for WCC now, we have other character breakfasts so not as worried about Cape May I think. We may end up cancelling & doing food court anyway, my DH is hanging back at the room that day to do school work, so we may all just eat together at the food court & part ways. Easier for him to do that & stay at POR anyway. & we could get an earlier start to our day as well.

Thanks for all the opinions! :grouphug:

We ate in the food court almost every morning at POR. It was quick. We went to POFQ food court one day for breakfast and found it crowded, we had to eat in the lounge and then their bus stop was also very crowded.

My vote would be for WCC or food court. Cape May is a good choice but it would be too much of a hassle that morning.
