breakfast outside resorts?

Is there some place out side of WDW property that opens early for breakfast.
We are early risers and most full breakfast is not served early in the food court. I thought since we are renting a car we could go out for breakfast before we start our day. It should be a little cheaper, I would think. Anyway, any suggestions? I love breakfast buffets.
