Breakfast or Dinner Question

I was just wondering what is the best character restaurant to have breakfast or dinner. We are visiting for the first time at the end of Sept for 2 weeks with DH, DD2 and DS5. We are so excited! I want to book a character breakfast and/or dinner but am overwhelmed with all the choices. My son loves all the characters and doesnt' really have a favourite. No Winnie the Pooh though. Just want great atmosphere and great food with some great character interaction. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

For a boy I'm assuming you will wish to steer clear of the princesses. As you don't want Pooh bear either then I would suggest Ohana's breakfast. Great meal and wonderful character interaction from Pluto, Mickey Lilo and Stitch. The setting is great and if you are lucky he may even get to ride up front on the monorail when you leave.

For what you are looking for Chef Mickey's fits that perfect. It's good food , fun great atmosphere, characters & the best Disney Dinning feeling ever. In my opinion.

Our favorite character meal so far has been Ohana Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo & Stitch. Mickey and Pluto are also there and it's a lot of fun. We all really enjoyed it. We'll be eating there again on our next trip.

I think Chef Mickey's for breakfast is the best character meal in WDW.

As a pp stated sounds like Chef Mickey's would be a good choice for you: very good character interaction with the Fab 5 (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto), a good buffet with a nice selection, and a fun/upbeat atmosphere with the occasional monorail passing by overhead.
