So we have decided to go deluxe dining to get the all inclusive feel for our honeymoon. And yes I know it is a lot of food, but it just worth it not to have to worry about anything. :)

I guess my question is where can you eat on the DDP for breakfast and have a nice sit down meal? Do you have any recommendations?

What I have concluded so far:

1900 Park Fare
Beach Club Breakfast
Boma - Flavors of Africa
Captains Grille
Chef Mickeys Buffet
Cinderellas Royal Table
Donald's Safari Breakfast (Tusker)
Grand Floridian Café
Kona Café
Kouzzina by Cat Cora
Maya Grill
Ohana
Olivia's Café
Princess Dining - Akershush Hall
The Crystal Palace
The Wave...of American Flavors
Trail's End Restaurant
Whispering Canyon Café

I recommend Crystal Palace for breakfast for a couple of reasons.

First, the food is good and varied. There is a chef available to prepare things to order, like pancakes and waffles. There is a buffet with all of the regular breakfast items but also things like salmon. There is a buffet just for kids. All of the food is good.

The second reason is the ability to get into the Magic Kingdom prior to opening. For this reason you want a reservation as early as possible. Early arrival gets you a picture on a deserted Main Street. But if you can be done by 9AM you will have direct access to Fantasy Land at rope drop so you can ride Dumbo without waiting. Since this is a Honeymoon this may not appeal to you, but the picture on Main Street is very nice. :)

But I just really enjoy the decor of the Crystal Palace. Lots of sunshine and glass.

Crystal Palace is a definate must to get in early. We also enjoy Tusker House at AK for breakfast. It is a different breakfast experience. You are right at the safari, so grab a fast pass and head to Expedition Everest.
We had previously went straight to the safari, however, a lot of the animals were still asleep or not out. This year we did the fp after breakfast and went to EE. We got to ride it back to back with no wait. Then we took our time walking back to the safari.
Congratulations! Have a Magical Time!!

Since it's your honeymoon, you may not want to go to buffets every day. For non-buffet and/or non-character breakfasts I would recommend Kona Cafe, Grand Floridian Cafe, The Wave (they now have a buffet also) and Kouzzina.

Kouzzina, Kona, the Grand Floridian Cafe, and Boma are my recommendations. As far as in the parks go, Tusker House, Akershus, and Crystal Palace are great!

You have SO many choices of TS breakfasts. But I think the key is knowing where you are going to be spending your morning, then making your breakfast ADR in or very near that park. Otherwise you could be spending a couple of hours just travelling from place to place. For example: if you're staying at Poly and planning a day at DHS, I wouldn't book breakfast at Boma. KWIM?

Not sure where you're staying, but I hear Boatwrights in POR has a good breakfast.

Happy Honeymooning!!

Took the words right out of my mouth!:worship:

Even on deluxe dining you don't get appetizers or desserts with breakfast - it's just the entree, combo or full buffet. A lot of breakfasts are served as a full platter though. You used to get an extra beverage in lieu of the dessert but that stopped in 2011. So if you're looking for a lot of food, you might want to look for a restaurant with the platters, or pick a buffet.

Boatwrights stopped serving breakfast in 2009. I'm not a breakfast lover (I don't eat eggs) but in my opinion the best breakfast on property is now Kouzzina. The Wave is good and you can choose menu or buffet.
