Try pizza for breakfast. Cover a saucer with pepperoni slices, cover the pepperoni with mozarrella cheese and nuke about a minute until cheese is bubbly. It is good and amazingly filling.
Bean is correct, don't think just breakfast foods for breakfast. One morning I had left over shrimp scampi. My sil loves the mock danish, she assembles it at home but cooks it in the microwave after she gets to work. I <b>love</b> panfried pork chops or a steak cooked in a cast iron skillet for breakfast, too.
Once you are finished with induction you could even have a handful of macadamia nuts or smoked almonds. Make sure you weigh them, an ounce is plenty, especially with the macadamia nuts--they are very, very filling.
My husband likes to grab one of the Atkins breakfast bars to eat on the way to work or after he gets there. He's not much of a breakfast eater. You can't have those breakfast bars until after you finish induction, either.
