Breakfast items at Season in the Land?

The DDP says that you can get breakfast at the Sunshine Seasons in the Land at Epcot, but I can't find a menu showing what items they have. Has anyone eaten there? We are staying at the BC and Epcot is an EE day when we go so going there for breakfast might be a good idea.

we travelled w/friends in january and they did not follow "the plan" and when we met at the bus stop, they had not had breakfast at the resort! so, they were permitted by the master planner (that's me!) to grab something quick at sunshine seasons after soarin' and before our fast passes for living w/the land... they had muffins, cereal and a bagel i believe... along w/milk, juice and coffee... they also had some sort of fruit (whole i think, but maybe a dish of grapes?)... they appeared to enjoy their meal (even if i was tapping my foot encouraging them to chew faster!)
