Breakfast in the castle?

At Cinderella's breakfast I understand that your food is brought to you, but is it all you can eat? How much? My husband and I have never been to WDW and we would like to get at least one character breakfast is it worth it or is their a better choice?

At CRT, it's a plated breakfast and, yes, you can get more, even if just specific items. That's been our experience.

As far as a good character breakfast for the two of you, it all depends what's important to you. If you will enjoy the charm of breakfast in the castle with the princesses, then go for it!

Unless you HAVE to have breakfast with the princesses, there are MUCH better CB's in terms of food, selection and service. Donald's in the AK, the Cape May cafe at the BC, and 1900 PF at the GF all come to mind.

As mentioned, yes - Cinderellas Royal Table breakfast is all you can eat. The food is pre-plated, but they will bring out more of whatever you like. I always get thirds on the cream cheese stuffed french toast (very yummy). However, Anne is right, CRT is not the best choice in character breakfasts if you are looking for the best food. CRT is more about the atmosphere and experience of eating in the castle.

IMHO, the best character breakfast food wise is 1900 Park Fare at the GF. They have a very good buffet, and also make eggs/omlettes to order. The fruit is always fresh, the OJ just seems to taste better than anywhere else, and they have the most incredible strawberry soup. Park Fare is a good breakfast for adults as it has mostly "face" characters (Alice, Mary Poppins, Mad Hatter) so you can have fun talking to a person rather than grinning at at a costume. Plus, any opportunity to walk around the GF should be welcomed . Park Fare is great for the kids, too.

actually we love the food at CRT and really like the fact that it is preplated and not a buffet.

1900 PF usually has only 2 face characters and 2 pooh character.

We also really like donald's breakfastosaurus and Crystal Palace.

Every time we have been they have had Mary, Alice, and the Mad Hatter. A few times they also had Jasmine in the waiting area for autographs. They usually have two Pooh characters.
