I'm excitedly looking forward to my dream trip at the Beach Club during the Food and Wine Festival :yay: , but I must admit my value/moderate loving self is worried about finding a hot breakfast quickly and easily! A pastry just isn't breakfast to me; I need protein. I have an ADR for Cape May for one morning, but I want to eat early to get to the parks by rope drop. It's only 5 days, so I don't want to waste a moment of park time. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Have you thought about popping into Sunshine Seasons at Epcot? They have a lot of options both hot and cold, and I personally think they have great food. This would also get you into the park early so you can take advantage of lower crowd levels.

This is the fourth thread I've seen today on this subject - the others are located at

and the suggestions will vary depending on whether you are on DDP or not.

Basically, I think your only options for CS protein breakfast near the resort are the breakfast sandwiches at Beach Club Marketplace or Boardwalk Bakery, or Picabu at the Dolphin (which is not on DDP). I don't believe there is any CS location on DDP at the Epcot resorts that sells breakfast "platters."

Picabu will give a 20% discount to AAA members and DVC members.

If you want TS breakfast, you have the options of Kouzzina and Captain's Grille besides Cape May.

Sorry, I thought I had seen all the repeat comments. I wasn't looking necessarily for CS; I could do a TS if it were early enough. I hadn't thought of Kouzzana, so thanks. I'll go check out that menu. I'm not on DDP, so not using credits, just disney visa points. Anyone know if they take those at the Dolphin or Swan?

Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club is good. They offer a buffet and menu order items, and I believe they open at 7am. If not 7am, then 7:30.
