My aunt and uncle are hard to buy for. So, I was thinking about getting them a breakfast gift basket instead of the usual Hickory Farms.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where I can order a reasonably priced breakfast basket? I'm looking for something with pancake/waffle mix, maple syrup, coffee, etc. TIA!

My suggestion would be to go to Cracker Barrel, they are having great sales right now, and I love their pancake mix and real maple syrup. I live in NW pa so I have friends who make syrup, but the Cracker Barrel stuff is almost just as good as the from the tree fresh... I think it would make a great gift...:cool1:

My dad and step mom enjoyed the one I sent from LL Bean! They use Stonewall Kitchens stuff at LL Bean. Stonewall also has its own website

Second vote for Wolferman's! They have some great reasonably priced gift sets.

Great suggestions (I second LLBean) - or you can make your own. We are doing a souped up pancake mix (coconut/macadamia) with syrup, vanilla extract (to add to the mix) and a spatula in a mixing bowl. Oh, and a holiday themed bar towel. I love ideas like this because everybody can get use out of it! :)

I love the Wolfermans English Muffins. YUM!!! They also sell them at Harry & David in the freezer.

You could also make your own for less. I am giving my BIL & his girlfriend (long time GF) a gift basket as well.

I bought a set of jelly, a pound cake mix plus a loaf pan (she is odd so I don't know if she has one or would know what one is!). If I have time I am going to go to Harry & David & get some english muffins but I don't think I have to. Then there is a package of coffee as well as those Piroettes unless I get so hungry & open them & eat them myself!

I also added a small Hickory Farms kit (lunch). Then I am getting them a GC to this local seafood place by me (dinner). I have a gift certificate in there for a movie rentals, 2 sodas & popcorn.

And I made them each a no sew fleece since "we can never have too many blankets."

King Arthur Flour has some great mixes that my sister and I love! They also have some baskets already put together you can send. Harry and David also have some nice gift basket options for every budget. But I do agree that the Wolferman's catalog always really tempts me! I may send that to my sister this year.
