Breakfast: Crystal Palace vs. BOG... Help!

Heading to MK in November, and have a Crystal Palace reservation for 9:50AM, and just scored a BOG reservation for 8:30... I honestly am so torn on which one to keep! Any thoughts?

The time for BOG seems perfect, as the park doesn't open till 9:00 that day. We could have breakfast, then make our way to SDMT, assuming there will be little to no wait that early... But character meals are always fun... Oh, what to do!

Well, if it helps at all, with that 8:30 BoG, you'll probably be behind the rope drop crowd by the time you finish breakfast, so it may not give you the advantage you're hoping for.

However, the 9:50 CP doesn't give you much time during the golden early hours at MK either. You'll only get in 1-3 attractions before you need to head over to CP for your ADR. When you finish with breakfast, the park will be pretty crowded.

Do you want characters? BOG doesn't have them during breakfast or lunch. IMHO, BOG is neat to do once. I have done the lunch and the food was OK. I know CP is a fav with a lot of people.

One of the reasons we picked BOG is because it was much cheaper for us, given that we are not big eaters. We liked that we could order two meals for four people. You can't do that at CP. BOG is also a better deal if you are on the dining plan.

We also liked being deep in Fantasyland by the time the park opened.

I don't know how they handle an 8:30 breakfast, but for our 8:10 ADR, they let us in at the same time as everyone else. We were actually seated and had our food by 8:10. I don't know if there is a cutoff time for BOG for when they make you wait until your time to be seated for a breakfast ADR, but you might very well be seated well before 8:30.

Also, this morning I was able to score a 9:25-10:25 SDMT FP! Now I'm thinking Crystal Palace is the way to go. Head to Space Mountain or Haunted Mansion first thing, then do our SDMT at 9:30. Then make our way to CP. I need to sit down with one of my maps and try to sort it all out before I make a decision!
