I am planning to reserve a room at the Radisson but not sure if I should book the ressie that includes a full bfast for the whole family for 129.00 a night or just reserve the room for 79.00 and still have bfast there or elsewhere. Does anyone know how much their bfast buffet costs? Is it worth the price? Is there a better option (like a Denny's) in the area that we could walk to?
Thanks!
Ann

We didn't eat at the buffet so I can't answer that questions but I do know there is a McDonald's directly across the street from the hotel and I think I remember seeing a place were you can get donuts right next to the hotel. I wouldn't stress too much about breakfast because you will be eating as soon as you get on the ship which can be as early as 12:30 if you get to the port early enough.

Ann - We had breakfast at the Radisson this past May. It was about $25 for 2 adults. Was good; but I would have been just as happy with McDonald's. Was to excited to eat.
You might want to check Dave's site. He has a map of the area that shows restaurants.

Just 26 weeks from right now!!!!!!

On one side of the Radisson is Kelseys Pizza and Pasta. Ate dinner there. Don't know if they serve breakfast or not. On the other side is Zachary's. We ate breakfast there...About $20 for our family of 5. They serve all meals, I believe. As mentioned, McD is directly across the street.

I guess it depends on what you want. These places were as close as finding the restaraunt at the hotel. That place is spread out strangely, I think. There will be plenty of food once you board the ship.

I think the breakfast buffet at the Radisson was $8.95 p/p.
WE went down the street and got coffee/donuts from dunkin
donuts and eat at the manatee pavilion down the street from
the radisson...No manatee's that day but nice eating looking
at the water. Gary

We did the breakfast buffet and it was fast and easy. The selection wasn't out of this world compared to some we've seen before but they did have made to order omelettes and waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meat, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, cold cereal, breads and muffins plus delicious OJ with which they kept refilling our glasses (plus coffee, tea, milk, hot cocoa etc if you wanted). The food was as good as any other basic breakfast buffet I've been to. It was very nice to just stroll downstairs and show up for breakfast and the price seemed very reasonable to me (maybe after disney breakfast prices!). That's probably what we'll do again since I prefer breakfast buffets where I can get as much fruit as I want, have my daily yogurt and get an egg beater omelette. I usually end up paying less at a buffet than ordering things that I like a la carte.
