Ok, which would you choose for breakfast? I'm interested in character interaction and food selection.

We're also staying at Beach CLub Villas but traveling to the Contemporary isn't a big deal since this breakfast is a non-park, relax day

If you're looking for food selection and character interaction I'd go with CM's. There are more characters there and there is more of a food selection as well.

Cape May, we love this place and are eating here next month. We have been many times and the food is always awesome, the characters are so cute in their bathing suits and if you go early the place is empty so they spend a ton of time with you can come by often. They talk to you and play games with you by writing on the paper tablecloths

The food is wonderful. There is a fresh yogurt (2 kinds) bar with granola toppings, all kinds of nuts, huge blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, different types of breakfast breads, muffins, croissants, bagels with all the fixings, 4 types of cereal, blintz, bread pudding, carved ham, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes with onions and peppers, many kinds of melons, cottage cheese, grits, oatmeal with all the add ins, pineapple, grapes, orange and red grapefruit slices and alot more that I am probably forgetting.

I heard the chef talking to a guest once and he said he could make her eggs however she wanted them, even and egg white omelet.

I would like to try CM too but they are sold out next month. If I could do both I would but I wouldnt give up Cape May for CM.

We've been to both several times. We enjoy the food better at Cape May and we also love the casual, cozy atmosphere there. However, Chef Mickeys is more "exciting" to us, perhaps more high-strung as they sing the "Celebration" song every so often during the meal and everyone waves their napkins and sings. We love both places for different reasons.

I have never been the Chef Mickey's...but we went to Cape May on Aug 20...:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 We really enjoyed it...I wrote a detailed review of our experience there...link in sig, if you are interested.
