Breakfast before Sea World

Is it too much to try to do the Lilo and Stitch character breakfast before going to Sea World (keep in mind we would be coming from the Beach Club)? Is it best to get to Sea World right when it opens, or are crowds not as big of a deal (going Nov/Dec)? How long is the lynx bus trip over there?

I'm thinking of doing the same thing. I've been told the trip is short-only 20 minutes or so.
